Ingredients

• 3 cups cheddar popcorn (Use store bought and mix in BANNED Cheddar Potcorn dependent on the dosage you prefer. 1 Bag of BANNED Potcorn = 200mg)

• 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)

• 2 eggs

• 2 tbsp milk

• ½ cup flour

• ½ tsp smoked paprika

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• Salt & black pepper (go light—popcorn’s already salty)

• Cooking spray or oil

Optional Honey-Mustard Dip

• ¼ cup mayo

• 2 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard

• 1–2 tbsp honey (to taste)

• Splash of lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prep the popcorn
   Crush the cheddar popcorn into coarse crumbs (food processor or zip-top bag + rolling pin). You want texture, not dust.

2. Set up dredging stations

   • Bowl 1: flour + paprika + garlic powder + pepper

   • Bowl 2: eggs whisked with milk

   • Bowl 3: crushed cheddar popcorn

3. Bread the chicken
   Dredge each piece in flour → egg → cheddar popcorn, pressing gently so it sticks.

4. Cook it

   • Oven method (easy & less messy):
     Bake at 425°F (220°C) on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 15–18 minutes, flipping once. Spray lightly with oil for extra crunch.

   • Air fryer method (elite):
     Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

5. Make the dip
